Set up Fresk software and VoIP phones in 10 easy steps.

IMPORTANT: Do not cancel your current phone provider before you have requested to port your number to fresk. If you cancel without requesting porting, you will lose your phone number.

Place your subscription order.

2.

Set a date for on-site installation of your phones. (done at time of order)

3.

Set the date for staff training. (done at time of order)

4.

Sign the letter authorizing the transfer of your company number to Fresk (completed at the time of ordering).

5.

Receive your phones and headsets identified for each workstation and each room.

6.

The technician installs your new appliances on site.

7.

Your phones work immediately with a temporary number.

8.

Your staff receives training.

9.

The transfer is effective. (please allow 2 to 4 weeks).

10.

Your new phones ring immediately. You can log in to your Fresk account.
