Welcome to Fresk (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you connect your Gmail account to our application and use our services.

(App’s) use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • You can disconnect your Gmail account from our application at any time.
  • You can review and update your account information within our application.
  • You can request the deletion of your personal data within our application at any time.

Children’s Privacy

Our application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Transfer of information

Fresk use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information

As part of the new Modernizing Privacy Legislation Act (“Bill 25”), which comes into force on September 22, 2022, we are pleased to appoint Samuel St-Pierre Larivière as our Customer Privacy Officer. Samuel St-Pierre Larivière will be responsible for, among other things:
