We recommend certain YeahLink models depending on the application. For example, some models are recommended for daily use by the secretary’s office, while other models are more suitable and, above all, less expensive for use in other areas where the device is used secondarily, such as laboratories, cafeterias and other employee offices not involved in receiving customer communications.
We recommend two wireless headset models from Yeahlink. On these models, Fresk provides native headset functions such as taking a call, ending the call and indicating to people around you that you’re currently on the phone by the color on the headset.
The advantage of mono headphones is that they make it easier to listen to the customer, and also to hear communications with customers on site.
These headphones are ideal for people wearing glasses. The headphones do not press on the glasses, avoiding pain.

We submit the transfer request with all required documents.
Our Twilio supplier makes the request to transfer your number to our Fresk software.
Your supplier transfers your number to Fresk within 2 to 4 weeks.
Once the transfer is complete, your new telephones will ring and work.
The old ones are no longer needed and can be returned to us for collection.
